Vice President of Program Development and Support
In his current role, Barry Feinberg oversees the research, identification, proposal and implementation of new programming opportunities to support Wayfinder’s strategic plan and revenue targets. He supports Wayfinder’s strategic plan goals in the area of program development, expansion and growth. Feinberg has over 40 years of direct practice, administrative and senior executive managerial experience in child welfare and children’s mental health organizations and provided consultation, national accreditation readiness and technical support to leading child welfare and children’s mental health agencies around the state. He received his master’s degree in social welfare and clinical social worker license (LCSW) from the University of California, Berkeley, and has lectured at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Social Welfare and UC Berkeley Extension. Feinberg previously held executive management positions at Junior Blind, San Francisco Child Abuse and Prevention Center, Lincoln Child Center, Sunny Hills Services, A Better Way and Edgewood Center for Children and Families.
