Program Director


Kelly Doty, MA supervises Visitation Coaching Services in Yolo and San Joaquin Counties, ensuring families receive high- quality, trauma informed support as they work toward reunification and permanency. She is dedicated to families and children with a strong foundation in child development, adverse childhood experiences, resiliency and protective factors. Kelly has over 20 years of experience in supervising / managing programs including supervised visitation services in Butte County and Project Director over a Strengthening Family’s program. Kelly has over 10 years in teaching higher education and is as a community college instructor.  Kelly is passionate about client advocacy, social justice and equity. She is committed to building a supportive and collaborative team environment that promotes professional development and high-quality services. Kelly joined Wayfinder Family Services in 2020 and has supervised the Post Adoption, Promoting Safe and Stable Families/ Early Intervention and Prevention Programs, Be Well and the Kinship programs.
