Wayfinder’s Post Adoption Services (PAS) offers a variety of support groups, classes and social events for families in many of the communities we serve. We are fortunate to have solid partnerships with our public agency partners, offering comprehensive Post Adoption Service programs in 18 counties throughout Northern California. Contact the post adoption worker serving your community to determine which services are available in your area.
Adoption is a lifelong process. Not all needs present themselves immediately, but rather arise months – even years – down the road. We are committed to supporting adoptive families today and well into the future.
