With over 29 years of dedicated experience in Human Services, Sonchray “ Sasha” Garrett has spent nearly three decades championing community well-being, organizational growth, and systemic change. Her extensive career spans direct practice, program development, and senior leadership, making her a trusted advocate for vulnerable populations.

Over her tenure, she has been instrumental in assisting with designing, scaling, and directing impactful community support programs. Her work has focused on inclusivity,  resource allocation, crisis intervention, and case management.

She is deeply committed to social equity, having collaborated closely with stakeholders, state agencies, and community leaders to ensure accessible care for diverse populations.
