Ani Sargsyan, LCSW
Vice President of Quality, Risk and Performance Improvement
Ani Sargsyan is responsible for quality, risk and performance improvement for programs at Wayfinder Family Services.
Prior to joining Wayfinder, Sargsyan served in the following capacities at St. Anne’s from 2010-2020: mental health therapist, assistant director of mental health, director of residential clinical services and director of mental health services. Her career background also includes previously working as a behavioral therapist providing applied behavioral analysis (ABA)-based treatment to children with autism and development disabilities and working with survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence as a certified rape counselor. Sargsyan is a licensed clinical social worker, and has a master’s degree in social work from Columbia University and bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. In addition, she is trained and certified in the following Evidenced-Based Practices: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapist (TF-CBT), Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP), The Nurturing Parenting Programs-Facilitator, Seeking Safety (SS) and Child and Parent Psychotherapy (CPP).
