Arif Syed is the Access Technology Coordinator Wayfinder’s Hatlen Center. By strongly emphasizing productivity software, he prepares students for academic success in higher education and the workforce.

Syed has served in a wide array of roles at the Hatlen Center since joining the team in 2004, including office manager, IT supervisor, development associate and webmaster, before moving to his current role. His affinity for technology led him to begin teaching in the Hatlen Center technology lab.

Syed holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from University of California, Berkeley and certificate for assistive technology applications from California State University, Northridge.
