Carol Nyman

Carol Nyman joined Lilliput in 2010, bringing over twenty years’ experience in child welfare, focusing on treatment foster care and adoptions. As Director of Performance and Quality Improvement, she is dedicated to ongoing improvement in all aspects of the organization to ensure the agency meets our goal of excellence in services, satisfaction, and outcomes for the children and families we serve. Carol is committed to engaging staff throughout the agency in meaningful improvement processes. Carol serves as a Peer Reviewer for the National Council on Accreditation (COA). She holds a Masters in Social Work from California State University, Sacramento and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
