Dawn Vo-Jutabha, Chief Operating Officer


Dawn Vo-Jutabha joined Wayfinder in 2023 as executive vice president and chief operating officer. In this role she also serves as Wayfinder’s chief clinical officer and oversees all operations. Vo-Jutabha has over 16 years of experience in clinical services and training, program development and quality improvement and most recently served as the chief clinical officer for The Guidance Center in Long Beach, California. She is a licensed clinical psychologist and has worked at several prominent community mental health agencies in Southern California. Vo-Jutabha earned her doctorate in clinical psychology with an emphasis in children and families from Clark University in Massachusetts and her bachelor’s in psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. She was awarded a four-year national grant from the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development to support her graduate research and clinical work. She has held leadership roles at statewide and national associations, including the Southern California Association of Psychology Training Programs, the Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Programs and the American Psychological Association (APA) Commission on Accreditation. She currently serves on the American Psychological Association Continuing Education Committee and is a board member of the Association of Community Human Services Agencies (ACHSA).

Blythe Cotton Maling, EVP and Chief Philanthropy and Corporate Affairs Officer
Recognized for her expertise in strategic fund development and marketing, Blythe Cotton Maling joined Wayfinder Family Services as chief development officer in 2017. Maling is well respected in the philanthropic community for her integrity, passion and commitment to vulnerable children and families. Prior to joining Wayfinder, she was chief development officer and then interim president and CEO at St. Anne’s. Her prior positions included vice president of development and communications for John Tracy Clinic and partner at the Los Angeles–based consulting firm QuantumMethod. She also worked for more than a decade leading the development and marketing efforts at Para Los Niños. Maling is a member of Children’s Chain supporting Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and is an emeritus member of the Old Mill Foundation board of trustees and the Marlborough School Alumnae Council. Maling earned a master’s degree in communication management from the Annenberg School of Communication at the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s in child development from the University of California, Berkeley. She earned a certificate from the University of California, Los Angeles in public relations and attended the UCLA program in fundraising.
