Kevin Yanuskavich, MSPT

Senior Director, Business Development and Program Support, Visual Impairment Developmental Disabilies Services


Kevin Yanuskavich joined Wayfinder in 2024 as senior director of business development and program support in Wayfinder’s visual impairment/intellectual and developmental disabilities services. In his role, he oversees the growth and operations of Wayfinder’s Hatlen Center for the Blind, Davidson Program for Independence, Child Development Services, and Adult Services for those who are blind or visually impaired. He is also responsible for overseeing new growth initiatives that complement existing programs or new program development activities that increase Wayfinder’s footprint and extend our services.

Specializing in program development, leadership, operations and business growth, Yanuskavich has over 20 years of experience working with adults and children with disabilities and is currently a licensed physical therapist. Prior to joining Wayfinder, Kevin was a senior vice president of operations with Athletic Therapies in San Diego, CA and most recently served as senior area director of operations with Ivy Rehab in Philadelphia, PA. Kevin received his master’s degree of science in physical therapy (MSPT) from Misericordia University in Dallas, PA, along with a master’s degree in health administration (MHA) from the University of Scranton in Scranton, PA. He is also a certified health and wellness coach.
