Lee Staub is an orientation and mobility instructor at Wayfinder’s Hatlen Center, where he helps students learn to independently navigate their world to achieve greater independence.
After years working in the public health sector, he left his desk job to pursue a career in orientation and mobility and joined the Hatlen Center team in 2013.
Staub holds a master’s degree in women and gender studies from University of California, Davis and a master’s in special education and rehabilitative services credential in orientation and mobility from San Francisco State University. Staub is certified by the Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation & Education Professionals and is the lead teaching assistant for San Francisco State University’s orientation and mobility program.
