Sonchray Garrett

With over 29 years of dedicated experience in Human Services, Sonchray “ Sasha” Garrett has spent nearly three decades championing community well-being, organizational growth, and systemic change. Her extensive career spans direct practice, program development, and Senior leadership, making her a trusted advocate for vulnerable populations.

Over her tenure, she has been instrumental in assisting with designing, scaling, and directing impactful community support programs. Her work has focused on inclusivity,  resource allocation, crisis intervention, and case management.

She is deeply committed to social equity, having collaborated closely with stakeholders, state agencies, and community leaders to ensure accessible care for diverse populations.

Sasha is Known for a collaborative, empathetic, joyful yet grounded spirit towards the mission of helping others from the individuals supported as well as the teams she has had the opportunity to work alongside.

She has a passion for cooking, event planning, and decorating, which she considers a blessing to able to implement at any given time for all occasions, as it brings people together.

Sasha is looking forward to exemplifying the VALUES of Wayfinder Family Services through fostering a community ofCOLLABORATION, taking a DRIVEN approach, and moving strategically, while implementing innovation and tenacity, which brings about meaningful change.
