• The Inclusion Council

  Wayfinder’s Inclusion Council is a committee of employees who champion inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility (IDEA) across the organization. In 2020, the council established a core, all-staff curriculum in implicit-bias and anti-racism training. The core curriculum is key element of Wayfinder’s commitment to equity and gives leaders the tools to create a more inclusive, equitable workplace culture.

• The Equity Council

  The Equity Council is comprised of a diverse mix of staff and clients who will serve as champions for IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility) and how those principles ensure systematic fair treatment of all clients that results in equitable opportunities and outcomes for all. The Equity Council sets IDEA priorities, communicates these priorities, drives accountability, and influences how we serve clients with an equity lens throughout the organization.
