Resource for Children Diagnosed with Albinism

Albinism can affect vision in multiple ways. NOAH (National Organization for Albinism and Hypopigmentation) has a special “New Parent Program” for families who have recently received an Albinism diagnosis for their child.  NOAH’s mission is to act as a conduit for accurate and authoritative information about all aspects of living with albinism and to provide a place where people with albinism and their families, in the United States and Canada, can find acceptance, support and fellowship. The organization is a respected ‘go-to’ resource for information for: Adults with Albinism, Teens, Parents and Caregivers, Educators, Medical Professionals, and Students Doing Research. Their annual conference is also a great resource.
