Meet Randi Wallen-Mills, Member of the Community Council

Dedicated to children

Please welcome Randi Wallen-Mills to Wayfinder’s Community Council.

Randi learned about Wayfinder’s Community Council through a colleague, Lindsay Fudge, and immediately felt a connection. “This is something that speaks to me,” she shared. Randi was especially drawn to Wayfinder’s focus on supporting children and families, and saw joining the Council as a meaningful way to give back.

A graduate of CSU Sacramento, Randi began her career while still in college, working part-time at a small development company. That early experience launched a successful career in banking, with a focus on real estate development. She credits strong mentors and the right opportunities for shaping her professional journey.

Today, Randi brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and construction lending. She currently serves as Vice President, Relationship Manager at Community West Bank.

Randi also brings an extraordinary record of volunteer leadership, particularly with organizations serving children. She spent 16 years on the board of the YMCA of Greater Sacramento and currently advises the Finance Committee for Girl Scouts Heart of Central California. As she puts it, “I’ve always focused my community service on children’s organizations—it’s something that’s always been near and dear to me.”

Randi lives in Fair Oaks and has two children, Taylor and Carson. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, tennis, and food and wine pairing.
